What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)

"I had never driven anything bigger than a pickup truck before UPS trained me. The driver training program is genuinely excellent — they take you through every method, every safety procedure, and every customer interaction scenario before you ever go out alone. By the end of my qualification period I felt completely confident. Three years later I own my route, I earn more than I ever imagined from a driver job no experience application, and I have not looked for another job since." - Current Package Car Driver, Minneapolis, MN.
